My Personal Page
I grew up on a farm in Eastern Arkansas, where my parents still live. ( yes, I chopped cotton, watered beans and drove a tractor!) My daddy is now a retired Sheriff / farmer, my moma is reitred from teaching elementary children. All of my family lives in Arkansas, now that my brother has retired from the Air Force after 20 years.
I now live in Little Rock and have for the past 28 years. I have been a Registered Nurse since 1983. My husband, Mike, and 3 boys, ages 29, 21, and 18. The oldest works at Sports Stop in LIttle Rock, assisting state wide schools with all of their sports ordering needs. The other 2 are attending UALR, our local state university.
In the past years, I have been PTA President, Central High School Football Booster Founder and President. I was always active in the schools my children were attending. I have been on the Board of Directors for our Neighborhood Association as well as a Crime Watch Captain. I am the unofficial neighborhood nurse, running to neighbors for blood pressures and accidents.
I love to research genealogy. This is a very addictive hobby!
